Happy 2nd Birthday, to our Darling Son, Braylon
Today at 4:59 pm, Braylon will officially turn 2 or how he likes to say it- "dos". It is hard to believe that it's already been two years. It really does seem like just yesterday that I was giving birth.
We have enjoyed every moment of watching him grow up to be such a precious little toddler. We love you, Bray! Thanks for being such wonderful son!

Braylon's 2nd Birthday Party-Hotwheels!
We had Braylon's 2nd birthday party this weekend at Mammy and Pa's house. The theme was Hotwheels and boy, did we have a great time. Will set up Hotwheels tracks in the TV room, so the kids got to play with trains and tracks and cars all afternoon. Braylon did a great job sharing his cars, even though when we asked him this morning if he was going to share, he said NO!. I'm so proud of our little man. He is such a little character these days. One of this favorite things to do at Mammy/Pa's house is to fall down the two stairs from the dining room to the living room. He cracks himself up falling down everytime, which of course, cracks us up too!
Bray received a ton of new fun toys and books which will help keep him occupied over the next couple of weeks, since we'll be in the middle of transitioning with Kalia. I know Braylon has no idea "who" is coming or when, but I do hope he will know how much he is loved by us and everyone else even when it seems like Kalia is getting more attention. It's going to be a very interesting balancing act over the next year.
Beautiful Baby Shower
My dearest girlfriends, Sonia and Denise threw the most phenomenal baby shower for me last weekend. Everything from the invitations, to the food was amazing. They really outdid themselves. The day was marked with snow and sun- it could not have been more perfect.
One more surprise was that my girlfriend, Kristy flew out from Wisconsin to be here the whole weekend with me. I was shocked to see her at my parent's front door on Friday afternoon.I had NO idea that she was coming out because she had told me that her friends were visiting her in WI the weekend of my shower. We had a great girl's weekend out at Raft Island and had two late nights talking and reminiscing about our "glory" days.
Kalia got some really amazing clothes and baby items. Everyone was so generous and thoughtful. I'm so blessed with dear friends and family members. I can't wait to dress up my little princess in her new clothes.
She's still in transverse position, which means that if she doesn't get her head down south by this Thursday- I'll be going in for an external version on Friday. I was reading the Chinese calendar at my friend Sonia's house this past Thursday and it says that Kalia will be an Ox. You know what is said about an Ox? Well- read on...
Strong-minded, stubborn, individualistic, the majority are highly intelligent individuals who don't take kindly to being told what to do.It seems to me that Will and I have our work cut out for us.
Braylon is just an amazing toddler. I might be a little biased but honestly- he has the best personality! Will and I have discovered an "echo" in the backseat of the car now that Bray is talking so much. It's wonderful!
He'll be blowing out 2 candles this Thursday...How can it already be two years ago that he came into our lives?

The end of the February Birthdays
We ended February with celebrating more birthdays. Nick flew up from Palm Springs to celebrate his big 3-0 with us!This past Saturday, we had a family birthday to celebrate Brynn's, Amy's and Nick February birthday. Everyone had great fun and Braylon loved saying "NEE-CK" for Nick and hanging out with Amy and Brynn (like a big boy).
Braylon's use of words has exploded. It is as if the "timer" went off in his head and he's off and running with words. My little baby boy is going to be two in just a couple of weeks and it's exciting and sad all at the same time.
Kalia is keeping us on our toes already...We're still waiting for her to turn into the head down position. Hopefully- that will happen within the next couple of weeks.
